Rabi KC, a long time resident of Greensboro,North Carolina hung himself to death at his apartment Tuesday. His dead body was found by his room mate, a foreign national. The postmortem report confirmed that it was a case of suicide. What prompted him to end his life is a mystery to this point. He leaves behind a 13 year old daughter and mother. Late KC was in his late 30s. He hailed from Siphal , Kathmandu and came to the US. in the early 90s and permanently settled in Greensboro. Shell shocked friends and relatives are working out a date to cremate the dead body.
A long time friend of the deceased , Dipak Gurung remembers him as a happy go lucky character. Similarly, a somber Ms Rekha Rana who met him on the day of the tragedy describes him as a brotherly figure with a big heart.
