Facebook Cooperate with Skype to fight Google


Facebook is really rampant. Having rejected an offer of friendship from Twitter and clashed with the king of search engines in cyberspace aka the Google, the site of this friendship lightly took the champion video calls, Skype.

After Google ban facebook to access the list of contacts in Gmail if there is no barter, Facebook glancing another friend. On the Facebook homepage on Saturday (11/27/2010), it says find your friends on Skype. to access it, you enter your name in Skype as well as a password. Facebook provide security guarantees if the company will keep the password. Facebook seems to know the rivalry between Skype and Google’s Gmail after entering the phone feature to Gmail and the user is free to call free to the U.S. until the end of December. This call did not go into areas such as Guam, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico as distinguished from the U.S.. However, after all call costs are cheaper than other providers even Skype itself.
As reported by the Sydney Morning Herald, the analysts said this would be a threat to a number of services like Skype and a number of conservative telephone company service. It may be that Skype wants to give something back to Google is trying to take the cake for the VoIP phone market is giving money.
Skype, Google, and many other services also offers free bid for calls from PC to PC but Google is now trying to take the Skype market.
“It’s a big risk for Skype. Competitors (Google) has a good name and trusted,” said Todd Rethemeier of Hudson Square, an agency analyst.
