Among many tributes paid to her, Sridevi paid tribute to her a special way by sharing an old film still of herself with Jayalalithaa. Sridevi posted a still from a 1971’s Tamil devotional film Aathi Parashakti, in which Jayalalithaa played lead role and Sridevi appeared as child artist in the film as Lord Murugan. It was the only film in which Sridevi and Jayalaithaa worked together. Jayalalithaa demised on December 5 in a Chennai hospital after a prolonged illness. She was a successful actress before she turned into politician and became chief minister of Tamil Nadu. Jaya had worked in over 140 films.
